Practical information – terms and conditions<\/h1>

Booking<\/strong><\/p>

Bookings can be made by e-mail or post and must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 30%. Payments can be made by cheque, PayPal, holiday vouchers (ANCV), credit card, or bank transfer.
The balance is due four weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than four weeks before arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately.<\/p>

Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. In the case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, as unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Up to 45 days before arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking (valid for 6 months for an equivalent stay).
From 44 to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
Less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
A cancellation only becomes effective once\u00a0LE MAS DE L\u2019HERMITAGE<\/strong>\u00a0has confirmed it in writing or by e-mail.<\/p>

Occupancy & Access<\/strong><\/p>

The apartments are intended for a specific number of guests
(4 persons, except\u00a0Camargue<\/em>: 2 persons).<\/p>

Access to the pool and apartments is strictly reserved for registered guests\u2014both during the day and at night.
To preserve the peace of the estate, we host a maximum of 14 guests. Exceptions may be considered upon prior agreement.<\/p>

Arrival & Departure<\/strong><\/p>

Check-in: 5:00\u20137:00 p.m. (or by prior arrangement).
Please inform us by phone in case of late arrival. Early check-in is only possible upon request.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Deposit & Taxes<\/strong><\/p>

A \u20ac200 cash deposit is required upon arrival and will be acknowledged by receipt. It will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage has occurred.
If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest is required to cover additional costs above \u20ac200.
Tourist tax: \u20ac1.15 per person per night (rate as of 2025).<\/p>

House Rules<\/strong><\/p>

Indoor areas are non-smoking; smoking is allowed on the terraces, and ashtrays are provided.
Pets are not allowed, out of consideration for our own animals, for guests who may suffer from allergies, and for hygiene reasons.
In case of key loss, a replacement fee of \u20ac20 will be charged.
Internet access is available free of charge for lawful use only; illegal downloads are not permitted and may be reported.
Parents are responsible for their children. Children must be supervised by their parents, especially at the pool.
The pool is 1.40 m deep, has an electric safety cover, and no barrier; non-swimmers must use flotation aids.<\/p>

LE MAS DE L\u2019HERMITAGE<\/strong>\u00a0is a quiet, family-friendly holiday retreat. Please respect the peaceful atmosphere.
For celebrations or events, the entire property can be rented exclusively.<\/p>
