Reservation:
By email or mail, followed by a 30% non-refundable deposit payment via check, PayPal, vacation vouchers (ACVM), or bank transfer.
Balance Payment:
Due 4 weeks before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks of arrival, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
If cancelled up to 45 days before arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking (valid for 6 months for an equivalent stay).
If cancelled between 44 and 31 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
Cancellations are effective only once confirmed by Mas de l’Hermitage by mail or email.
Occupancy:
The apartments are intended for a specific number of guests (4 people, except Camargue for 2 people).
Access to the pool and cottages is strictly limited to declared tenants, both day and night.
For the peace and quiet of the location, the maximum capacity is limited to 14 people.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in between 5 PM and 7 PM (or by appointment). For late arrivals, please inform us in advance.
Early arrival is not recommended as we need time to prepare the accommodations after each departure (cleaning, maintenance, groceries, gardening, etc.). However, if you wish to arrive early, you may call to check if the house is ready.
Check-out is by 10 AM on the day of departure to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
Security Deposit:
A 200€ deposit in cash is required on arrival. It will be refunded upon departure if no damage is found. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant must cover the difference based on the owner’s evidence.
Tourist Tax:
1.15€ per night per person.
Ménage :

Non-Smoking:
The indoor spaces of Mas de l’Hermitage are non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided for smoking on the terrace.
Pets:
Due to our own pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) and to respect guests with allergies, as well as for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
Lost Keys:
A 20€ fee will be charged for lost keys.
Internet Usage:
Fraudulent use of the internet (e.g., illegal downloads) may result in sanctions, as the Mas de l’Hermitage network is independent and occupant details will be shared in such cases.
Children:
Children must be accompanied by their parents and are their responsibility throughout the house, garden, and pool area. Swimming is unsupervised, and parents must ensure their children’s safety around the pool. The pool is protected by an electric curtain but is not enclosed by barriers. Its depth is 1.40m throughout. Children who cannot swim must wear armbands at all times around the pool and are under the parent’s responsibility for the duration of the stay.
The MAS DE L’HERMITAGE is a peaceful vacation spot for all to enjoy. Please respect the tranquil nature of the place and use it appropriately. For celebrations, the entire Mas can be rented!
