Practical information – terms and conditions

Booking

Bookings can be made by e-mail or post and must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 30%. Payments can be made by cheque, PayPal, holiday vouchers (ANCV), credit card, or bank transfer.
The balance is due four weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than four weeks before arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. In the case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, as unforeseen circumstances can occur.
Up to 45 days before arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking (valid for 6 months for an equivalent stay).
From 44 to 31 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount is due.
Less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the rental amount is due.
A cancellation only becomes effective once LE MAS DE L’HERMITAGE has confirmed it in writing or by e-mail.

Occupancy & Access

The apartments are intended for a specific number of guests
(4 persons, except Camargue: 2 persons).

Access to the pool and apartments is strictly reserved for registered guests—both during the day and at night.
To preserve the peace of the estate, we host a maximum of 14 guests. Exceptions may be considered upon prior agreement.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 5:00–7:00 p.m. (or by prior arrangement).
Please inform us by phone in case of late arrival. Early check-in is only possible upon request.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Deposit & Taxes

A €200 cash deposit is required upon arrival and will be acknowledged by receipt. It will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage has occurred.
If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest is required to cover additional costs above €200.
Tourist tax: €1.15 per person per night (rate as of 2025).
